Responsibilities
- Design and refine user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes that align with business and compliance requirements.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
- Develop and implement high-quality UI components using modern tools and frameworks.
- Ensure design consistency, scalability, accessibility, and adherence to standards across the application.
- Identify and resolve UX challenges, recommending enhancements to improve usability and user satisfaction.
- Document design processes, specifications, and guidelines for development teams.
Skills
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React framework.Expertise in responsive and adaptive design principles.Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly present design concepts.Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and creativity.Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.Experience using version control systems such as Git.Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in UI design and development, with strong architectural knowledge of the React framework.Experience working on projects within the financial services or compliance domains.Experience developing multi-tenant and multi-region applications preferred.Should Have (Preferred / Desired)
Understanding of financial crime risk management, AML solutions, and regulatory compliance requirements.Exposure to AI-driven AML solutions, behavioral analytics, and risk scoring models.Experience in Agile product development environments.Qualification and Education
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.Master’s degree preferred.Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.#J-18808-Ljbffr
