Eco Safe Abatement is seeking a motivated team member to fill the role of Abatement Supervisor to lead our abatement crews in Portland, Oregon. If you are passionate about safety, environmental responsibility, and team leadership, we want to hear from you! We're willing to pay for your supervisor certification test.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate abatement crews on-site, ensuring all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily abatement activities, including asbestos, lead, and mold removal projects.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
• Conduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and enforce all safety protocols and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including work logs, safety records, and compliance reports.
• Ensure proper setup and maintenance of containment barriers, decontamination units, and PPE usage.
• Troubleshoot project challenges and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.
• Oversee the proper packaging, labeling, and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
