Quality Assurance Specialist
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking 8 Quality Assurance Specialists (QAS) to join a large healthcare client. The QAS will be responsible for quality testing new and revised benefit plans, determining if claims are adjudicating properly, and take appropriate steps once testing is completed.
You will also be responsible for submitting ServiceNow requests when testing templates need to be updated along with provide expertise on Projects, including testing claims provided by pharmacists, verifying that claims are processing correctly and identifying reasons a claim may be processing differently than expected.
Successful candidates :
- Have experience managing complex data and comfortability with technology.
- Diligent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work.
- Willingness to learn and interest in engaging with new information.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience using web-based applications and database tools
- Ability to work independently
- Strong ability to follow a complex / detailed process
Analytical problem-solving skills with strong aptitude in attention to detail
- Organizational skills with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and under strict timelines
- Ability to utilize and seek out resources
- Someone interested in understanding the Why versus this is what I do attitude.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
