Job Title : Packaging Operator

Job Location : Tampa, FL 33634

100% onsite

Duration : 12 months Contract

Shift : 1st Shift Mon-Fri (7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm)

Experience : 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

Packaging Operations

Execute assembly instructions as per Batch Record requirements for primary and secondary packaging and labeling processes.
Assist in the operation and setup of automated equipment for specific packaging tasks.
Reconcile and manage the movement (chain of custody) of materials between packaging areas and the warehouse.
Report any observations to QA, Team Lead, Equipment Specialist, CPS Project Coordinator, or Manager that may result in deviations or require investigations.

Cleaning & Sanitization

Perform cleaning and sanitization of primary and secondary packaging rooms.

Maintain and follow room sanitization procedures as per departmental guidelines.

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with cGMP guidelines.

Train and stay current on SOPs relevant to job requirements, logbook entries, and GMP documentation.

Support Equipment Specialist with execution of qualification protocols for new equipment as assigned.

Safety & Regulatory Compliance

Participate in safety processes, meetings, and training as required.

Adhere to all defined Safety and Sustainability requirements and seek clarification when needed.

Promptly report safety or sustainability issues, errors, incidents, or improvement opportunities to management and take corrective action where possible.

Stop work immediately if necessary to maintain safety.

Collaboration & Professionalism

Attend meetings, discussions, and project-related activities to support the production schedule.

Maintain positive, professional, and confidential relationships with internal teams and sponsors.

Comply with all state and federal regulatory requirements and guidelines.

Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objective
