Job Title : Junior Network Engineer

We’re looking for a Junior Network Engineer who’s eager to learn, collaborate with senior engineers, and grow into a key contributor supporting client network environments.
What You’ll Do
As a Junior Network Engineer, you’ll help monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure across multiple client environments. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with firewalls, switches, wireless systems, and security technologies while learning from experienced engineers in a dynamic healthcare IT setting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor network performance and availability; identify and resolve connectivity or latency issues.
- Support and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining network security measures to protect client environments.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to document network configurations, policies, and procedures.
- Provide Tier 1–2 technical support and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Participate in troubleshooting network events using best practices and tools such as Auvik, Wireshark, and SolarWinds.
- Help implement network segmentation (VLANs, DHCP, DNS) and ensure stability through proactive maintenance.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives..
What You’ll Bring :
Proficiency in networking protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).Experience with network hardware and software from major vendors (e.g., SonicWall, Cambium, UniFi, Meraki, Fortinet, Watchguard, etc.).Knowledge of network security practices and tools.Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Auvik, Wireshark, SolarWinds).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why You’ll Love Working Here :
