Key Respoinsibilities :

The Activity / Recreational Therapist Designs and initiates appropriate therapeutic services in order to improve the physical, mental and emotional well-being of the patients.

Therapeutic services include, but are not limited to : entertainment, exercise, relaxation, expression, music, art, pet and other recreational programs.

Qualifications

Qualifications : To excel in this role, you should have :

• Clinical Expertise : A bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy, humanities, social work or a related therapeutic disciplince field.
• Licensure : State of Alaska CTRS Preferred
• Therapeutic Skills : Proficiency in providing psychotherapeutic services.
• Communication : Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
