Responsibilities :

• Provide routine care and support to patients and residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, transferring, and ambulation
• Take vital signs, report changes in patient condition, and perform other related tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
