The role is responsible for integrating data analysis, key vendor partnerships, and emerging technology innovations to craft VFX services supporting Netflix productions globally. This position manages a team providing recurring insights, vendor health assessments, and strategic recommendations to adapt to industry shifts and strengthen production solutions.

A successful candidate will be self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, thorough, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. This demanding, fast-paced role requires proactive decision-making, good judgment, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director, VFXS to identify and strategize on emerging technologies and vendor insights, creating impactful initiatives for Netflix productions.
• Develop engagement models for VFX vendors, talent, and emerging VFX technologies to promote collaboration and innovation.
• Create strategic frameworks to guide decision-making on key studio initiatives by analyzing business drivers, trends, and performance indicators.
• Prepare valuation analyses, including model building and scenario planning, to support strategic proposals.
• Advise on high-priority global VFX projects, providing solutions to maximize vendor effectiveness and minimize slate risk.
• Lead a team responsible for VFX Data and Intelligence initiatives, optimizing global vendor management.
• Partner with the VFX Data Analyst to establish a robust data foundation for vendor analysis, decision-making, and automation.
• Empower the VFX Vendor Management Specialist to lead initiatives gathering market intelligence and enhancing production solutions.
• Act as a global ambassador for VFX Services, communicating strategic value to stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

Netflix offers a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $360,000, with benefits including health plans, mental health support, 401(k) with employer match, stock options, disability programs, health savings accounts, family benefits, and paid time off.
