Healthcare Attorney
- A Tampa Bay law firm is seeking a Healthcare Attorney for their St. Petersburg office. The ideal candidate will have approximately four to seven years of experience involving one or more of the following : healthcare M&A, including private equity transactions with health systems;
- business entity legal matters; health law compliance matters, including federal and Florida fraud and abuse, anti-kickback, self-referral, and fee-splitting laws;
- professional regulation and discipline, AHCA, and state licensure laws; federal and state patient confidentiality laws, and cyber security issues;
- physician, medical practice, and midlevel professional representation (including start-ups and alternative practice models);
behavioral health; DME; pharmacy; laboratory; managed care contracting (FFS, capitation, and value-based); and document drafting, review, and negotiation.
