Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic product management team. This role is critical to bridging business needs with technical executiontranslating complex challenges into clear, actionable roadmaps. The ideal candidate will have a strong product mindset, experience with enterprise platforms, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering solutions that drive real business value.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with product managers, engineering leads, and business stakeholders to define and execute product strategies aligned with company priorities.
• Support strategic initiatives by translating high-level objectives into well-defined product deliverables and development tasks.
• Act as a key liaison between business and technology, ensuring technical teams understand what needs to be built and why.
• Drive prioritization and clarity in the product backlog, ensuring engineering teams are set up to execute efficiently.
• Work closely with cross-functional partners, including onshore and offshore business analysts, to align product vision with execution.
• Provide direction and support to analysts across time zones, ensuring delivery is in sync with broader product goals.
• Lead product initiatives from concept through delivery, balancing long-term vision with near-term execution.
• Promote continuous improvement in product delivery processes, encouraging best practices and a culture of learning.
