Overview :
We are seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team in a contract (with the potential to transition to hire ) role.
You will play a vital role in supporting our organization's HR functions, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for HR and a desire to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and providing administrative support throughout the process.
- Manage employee onboarding, including preparing new hire paperwork, facilitating orientation sessions, and ensuring understanding of company policies and procedures.
- Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
- Assist with benefits administration, including answering employee questions and providing guidance on enrollment options.
- Support with maintaining a positive and compliant work environment, including assisting with employee relations issues and adhering to labor laws and regulations.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
