As a Sales Support / Data Entry Specialist at Mythic Talent Agency, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring accurate and efficient data management.
You will be responsible for maintaining our internal databases, processing sales orders, and providing essential administrative support to our sales team.
This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities :
- Input and maintain internal databases with precision and accuracy
- Assist the sales team in preparing sales documents, proposals, and contracts
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
- Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights that support sales strategies
- Respond promptly to internal inquiries and provide exceptional support
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
Requirements
Required Skills :
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
Experience :
- 1 year of data entry or administrative support experience preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
Physical Demands :
- Able to sit or stand for the duration of the workday
- Able to use a keyboard and computer monitor for the duration of the workday
