Sr. Accounting Analyst

Sr. Accounting Analyst is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

This position is 100% remote.

Your specific duties will include :

• Perform routine and non-routine analysis functions in accordance with standard procedures for general accounting, accounts payable / receivable, or other financial department activities.
• Responsible for process improvements, standardizing and streamlining procedures.
• Create written desktop procedures, training, and metrics for business units.
• Handle research and correction of reconciliation discrepancies and special projects.
• Responsible for reconciliations of internal accounting data systems and resolving variances as needed.
• Build ongoing partnerships with customers to improve service levels and ensure needs are met.
• Research and resolve discrepancies on general ledger accounts within area of responsibility.
• Provide input and recommendations to management to maximize production efficiencies by implementing standards and streamlining processes.
• Oversight and / or participation in M&A activities such as system and process integrations.

Pay Rate Range : $21.42 per hour
