We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Regional Manager who is eager to expand their region by establishing new branches and attracting self-generating retail loan officers to join Castle & Cooke Mortgage.

Key Responsibilities :

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :

  • Continually seek opportunities to increase production, enhance the CCM brand, and bolster the company's reputation in the local market.
  • Lead, manage, and train Branch Managers and loan officers, providing essential support to employees within the region.
  • Monitor branch productivity and performance, reporting to the executive team as required.
  • Recruit new loan officers, participate in branch manager calls, and engage in sales and marketing training.
  • Explore innovative marketing and prospecting methods to reach potential clients and referral partners.
  • Ensure origination activities comply with federal and state laws, maintaining zero tolerance for fraud and upholding CCM standards within the region.

Competencies :

  • Strong Leadership Capabilities
  • Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations
  • Excellent customer / interpersonal service skills and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive work environment to ensure strict time restrictions are met

Education :

High School Diploma or GED

Experience :

Minimum of 5 years in the Retail Mortgage Industry
