Responsibilities

• Provide Support : Support in the successful establishment of the necessary organizational structures and processes (CRM, meeting structure, reporting KPIs), as well as the creation of relevant sales materials.
• General Sales : Generate new sales accounts and takeover of existing accounts with clear, realistic, and transparent sales goals.
• Training and Development : Train, supervise, and coach other new members. Support scaling sales processes in a growth environment.

Requirements

Salary : Fixed salary and target bonus. Participation in the ESOP program.
