Hyperscale Technical Project Delivery Manager – Global Physical Security (Direct Hire) Location :

• Remote / Onsite as needed (up to 25% travel) Employment Type : Full-Time | Direct Hire with Superior Skilled Trades Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Hyperscale Technical Project Delivery Manager (TPDM) for a direct hire opportunity supporting large-scale global data center construction projects .
• The TPDM will lead all technical aspects of physical security system delivery — from design review through onsite execution — ensuring excellence, compliance, and performance across every phase.
• What You’ll Do Partner with project leadership to review and refine technical designs for hyperscale data centers .
• Lead the transition from design to delivery, ensuring scope, quality, and performance standards are met.
• Serve as the primary onsite technical authority during system installation and commissioning.
• Oversee QA / QC inspections, testing, documentation, and final handoff.
• Collaborate with engineering, contractors, and stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain and update as-built documentation, SOPs, and project playbooks.
• Ensure all work complies with global security standards and local regulations .
• What We’re Looking For 8+ years of technical project management experience, ideally within data centers or mission-critical environments .
• Deep understanding of physical security systems — access control, CCTV, alarm integration, and related infrastructure.
• Strong background in construction methodology, QA / QC, and system commissioning .
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and client-facing interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP, PRINCE2, PSP, or CPP certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
