Director of Timepieces (New York)

This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing watch authentication, pricing, and the full sales process for timepieces. Youll manage client interactions and coordinate across multiple liquidation channels to ensure smooth operations.

In this position, youll collaborate closely with the product team and supervise a watch technician, requiring strong cross-departmental communication and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned, data-driven professional with a passion for luxury goods, a sharp operational mindset, and proven success leading teams in fast-paced environments.

What Youll Do :

• Manage the end to end lifecycle of timepiece auctions across our Worthy, CIRCA, and Hampton Estate Auction brands
• Drive performance across authentication and pricing, ensuring auction deadlines are consistently met
• Educate and train a team of new Buyers on timepieces
• Support the dispersed Buying team across our global offices on timepiece purchases
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Sales, and Operations
• Use data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Optimize operational excellence by improving workflows
