Staff AI Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff AI Engineer to join their Software Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition AI / ML models into scalable, production-ready systems

Lead system design and architecture discussions, focusing on AI engineering and deployment best practices

Develop and maintain AI-driven applications, ensuring performance, scalability, reliability, and security

Required Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience in software engineering or AI / ML engineering

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Strong coding skills in Python or Java, with experience in software engineering best practices

Experience in developing AI-powered applications and deploying large language models in production

Solid hands-on experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and MLOps tools
