The Campbell's Company is seeking a Communications Manager to join a dynamic communications team focused on strategic storytelling spanning both internal and external communications. We're looking for a business-savvy communicator who can seamlessly navigate internal and external communications to elevate our company's reputation and drive engagement. This role spans media relations, issues management, policy communications, employee engagement, and executive communicationshelping to tell our story across audiences and channels.

What You Will Do

• Support internal and external communications initiatives that align with business priorities and protect and enhance the company's reputation.
• Drive proactive and reactive media relations, building strong relationships with business, trade, local and community press.
• Monitor critical issues impacting the company's business, brand, and reputation; prepare mitigation and response plans for time-sensitive situations.
• Shape and support executive visibility plan for operating committee.
• Track, analyze, and report on media coverage and communications KPIs to measure impact and inform continuous improvement.
• Partner with corporate functions (growth office and finance) to develop and deliver internal engagement strategies that connect employees to company priorities, culture, and change initiatives.
• Create compelling internal contentincluding messages, campaigns, and engagement experiencesfor town halls, leadership meetings, and enterprise initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits :

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $105,800-$152,100. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
