Job Coach - Direct Support Professional - $1,500 Sign On Bonus

Via is currently hiring a Job Coach-Direct Support Professional to support our Small Group Employment sites in Bethlehem and Allentown, PA . In this impactful role, you will serve as a mentor, advocate, and guide for individuals with disabilities, helping them succeed in a fast-pace warehouse environment. Your support will empower team members to master essential job tasks, build self-confidence, and achieve greater independence. No experience? No problem - we provide paid training to make sure you feel ready and supported.

Via is now offering an increased pay rate of $17-$18 / hour determined by education level. Additionally, earn up to $1.75 more per hour by completing all three levels of the National Alliance of Direct Support Professionals (NADSP) Career Ladder Program.

• Full-Time Monday through Friday schedule. Weekends OFF!
