A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions with a focus on Payroll Operations

Manage Labor, Absence Management, and Payroll processes within the Oracle system

Provide hands-on technical support and system configuration expertise

Required Qualifications

10-15 years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud Implementation

Strong technical background in Oracle systems

Bachelor's degree or higher

Experience in Healthcare or Hospital environments

Knowledge of Payroll Operations, including overtime and holiday pay regulations
