About The Product

Ivanti Neurons is our cutting-edge, cloud-based platform that powers intelligent IT workflows for enterprises around the world. It has features such as app distribution, remote control, and inventory gathering. These components consist of cloud-based functionality communicating with a Neurons agent that runs on the customer's hardware. This agent hosts engines that support the various features and controls the work done on the agent.

About The Team

You'll be joining a highly skilled, DevOps development team. Our team is committed to maintaining high standards of quality, security, and customer impact. The team focusses on the inventory, remote control, app distribution and OS deployment functionality in the Neurons environment. The team also delivers frequent and stable releases for our customers.

About the Role

As a Staff Windows Software Engineer on the Neurons team, you will be tasked with solving complex problems and architecting simple solutions for our customer's needs. Part of your time you will be maintaining / updating existing code and libraries. You will also be working with other teams to integrate and support other features in Neurons.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design and develop Unified Endpoint Management features for Ivanti Neurons.
• Ensure agent reliability, security, and performance with minimal impact on endpoints.
• Drive platform stability through troubleshooting and deep investigation of critical issues.
• Champion DevOps and Agile best practices, fostering a culture of automation and iterative improvement.
• Design and manage automated test and integration test suites for cloud and Windows agents.
• Mentor and guide engineers through technical reviews, setting standards for quality and security.
• Work closely with other cloud teams to support Azure integrations and deployments.
• Author clear documentation and share knowledge across the global organization.
