Position Overview :
To provide administrative and contract support to the Bids Department by managing incoming requests, preparing and submitting proposal documents, and ensuring contract compliance. This role is responsible for reviewing and organizing contracts, monitoring customer communications, assisting with bid documentation, and coordinating the final submission of proposals across multiple platforms.

Qualifications & Skills :
Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and interpret contract documents. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for timely and professional customer interaction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and follow established bid procedures.
Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
