Application Requirements Analysis - Communication with business partners and development team is essential. Assist development team by eliciting business requirements into cards.
Experience with decomposing requirements into small stories following best practice splitting patterns and maintaining a healthy backlog for the team.
Experience with story mapping / impact mapping. Ability to lead requirement gathering sessions across multiple business areas.
Responsible for documenting functional and technical requirements. Ability to act as strong liaison between line and business / stakeholders / SMEs.
Agile / Scrum expertise. Working experience with Jira. Must be able to story mapping, define and decompose work. Familiarity with eliciting requirements for APIs, Kafka streaming is a plus.
Experience with RR2J is a plus.
