Key Considerations :

Licensure : Requires an active real estate license based on your work location. If you don’t have one yet, don’t worry! We’ll guide you on obtaining yours once we start our conversation.

Compensation Plan : Independent contractor (1099) status 100% commission-based. Average first-year compensation across all agents is $66,678 .

The top 20% of new hires averaged $150,897 in first-year compensation.
