In this position... This is a pivotal time for Lincoln, and we are seeking a Strategy Lead to play a central role in the implementation and sustainment of our new brand strategy. This position is vital for cultivating strategic partnerships and providing the essential operational leadership that will cascade our vision across all internal and external touchpoints. The Strategy Lead will be a critical contributor to the Lincoln Brand Strategy and Transformation team, serving as the operational backbone for strategic initiatives and playing a key role in developing and executing brand partnerships. This position is central to supporting the evolution of the Lincoln brand, tracking brand health, ensuring seamless project execution, meticulous budget management, and effective cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual passionate about luxury brand development, strategic alliances, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

What you'll do...

Strategic Partnership Management :

• Support global brand partnership strategy, identifying aligned partners and assisting in proposal development.
• Provide operational support for partnership execution and management, tracking performance and reporting impact on brand health.

This position is hybrid. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week.
