Job descriptionOutreach Clinics 36 Contact Hour work week Provide rotational services to our CHI Health St. Francis hospital in Grand Island, NE; and to the community hospital in Hastings, NE (only a 20 min drive). Both with cath labs In Clinic imaging services Peripheral opportunities if desired Low turnover rate; family environment Call one weekend a month and 1-2 nights a week Built in referral network from our Primary Care and Specialty providers CHI St. Francis 150 bed facility 1 Cath Lab 16 bed open ICU Hospital and Intensivist programs EPIC EMR in both the clinic and hospital Academic affiliation with Creighton University School of Medicine Medical / dental / vision insurance plans Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account Mental health and well-being programs Retirement plans Relocation incentive Malpractice and tail coverage 36 days of time off each year CME Allowance As a non-profit; Commonspirit is eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program Growing Progressive Community of over 50,000 population with a variety of industries including agriculture and manufacturing Safe, Family Oriented, Friendly Nebraska is ranked best state to practice Medicine & best state for raising a family according to Business Insider named Grand Island, NE one of the 30 best cities to live Excellent school systems with both public and private options Local airport with direct flights to Dallas, Las Vegas, and Meza, AZ Abundance of beautiful parks and trails as well as recreational activities like golf, hunting / fishing, sporting events, and horse races Grand Island is the 4th largest city in Nebraska & is known as the retail hub of central information to 30-plus rural communities in a 90 mile surrounding area.
