Within Operations, we are expanding our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) organization to drive scalable growth in the SaaS and digital technology ecosystem. Our forward-thinking approach blends operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and AI-enabled insights to deliver measurable business outcomes for our clients. The Delivery Ops Associate Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless delivery across large-scale sales programs, aligning business priorities with client objectives, and driving continuous improvement through analytics, innovation, and automation. This role requires a strategic leader who thrives in dynamic, data-rich environments and is passionate about leveraging AI and technology to optimize performance.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee a large-scale delivery program responsible for strategy and execution across sales, sales management, training, quality assurance, and data & reporting functions.
• Collaborate with Global Client Leads and Account Leadership to execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between operational goals and client success metrics.
• Leverage data and analytics to identify insights, define key performance drivers, and guide initiatives that enhance program efficiency and impact.
• Champion Business Transformation and Continuous Improvement, working closely with transformation partners to prioritize initiatives, ensure accountability, and deliver measurable results using data and AI insights.
• Define and track OKRs across client programs, QA, and trainingensuring consistent measurement, transparent reporting, and performance visibility.
• Monitor and manage quarterly operational plans, capturing forward-looking strategies, evaluating progress, and implementing corrective actions to maintain performance excellence.
• Provide strategic direction to the reporting and analytics teams, ensuring the end-to-end delivery ecosystem operates efficiently, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes.
• Drive consistency and operational rigor across regional delivery teams, ensuring adherence to established operating models and governance structures.
• Deliver comprehensive performance and status updates to the Global Delivery Lead and Account Leadership, distilling data and AI-driven insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
