We currently have a terrific opportunity for a qualified Service Manager at our Chevrolet / GMC store in South Haven, MI. If you have a proven track record of maximizing Technician proficiency and customer satisfaction, all while driving additional gross profit, your next job awaits! This is a full-time, salaried position with performance bonus.

Job Responsibilities :
Creates a world class customer experience by developing a top-tier Advisor team.Maximizes Technician proficiency by ensuring work flows smoothly through the shop.Hires, trains and manages department team members.Maintains service pricing and computer system parameters.Understands and ensures compliance with the manufacturer warranty and policy & procedures.Controls areas of waste; keeps receivables, unapplied time and policy expense within guides.Oversees shop maintenance and upkeep.Ensures the department and personnel remain compliant with company, factory and government policy and regulations.Skills & Qualifications :
5 years of experience in the retail automotive service business.Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Manager.Experience with General Motors and CDK dealer management system are a plus.A current valid driver’s license is required.High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree is preferred.Benefits Include :
