We are seeking for a Nurse 12 to 16 Hrs Monday to Friday and Weekend to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to assigned patients in the home.

RN's available to provide support and training for those having not treated a patient with wounds, GT, Trach, or Vent WE WILL TEACH YOU!!!.

Responsibilities :

• Critical Care for disabled patients in their home (Pediatrics and Adults)
• Provide care with compassion and collaboration w / the supervising RN's
• Report changes in patient status and support the patients, family members via education
• Provide wound care (basic) to wound vac's, and other MEDICAL SURGICAL treatments in the patient's home!
• Skills Lab Offered Annually to grow your Confidence and Competency as a Professional Clinician

Qualifications :

• NEW GRADUATES - 1 Year Experience Accepted; WILL TRAIN!
• Familiarity with medical treatments and medication administration
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
