About the Role

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to lead critical infrastructure initiatives at Delve - including a full AWS migration, scaling our database architecture, and hardening our security and compliance posture.

You'll be our first infra hire and own everything from networking to IAM to multi-tenant architecture. This is a hands-on, foundational role with high ownership and high leverage.

What You'll Do

• Lead the migration from a platform-as-a-service to AWS
• Redesign our infrastructure for multi-database, per-customer tenancy
• Build and manage IAM policies, secrets management, and network hardening
• Collaborate with security and engineering to strengthen compliance posture
• Support a fast-moving backend team with infrastructure that just works
• Occasionally write backend code to support migrations, schema changes, and automation
