Real Estate Buyers Sales Agent

You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience.

Compensation :

$80,000 - $100,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
• Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
• Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
• Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
• Work closely with buyers to locate and negotiate the successful purchase of a home through the process of ongoing, consistent and clear communication and a high level of customer service

Qualifications :

• Real-estate license or pursuing required
• An established track record of successful real estate sales
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
• Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or relevant experience
• High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
• Real Estate License : Must hold a valid real estate license in the State of Utah with a proven track record of compliance and ethical conduct
• Proven Sales Experience : Demonstrated success in real estate sales as a Buyer's agent with a minimum of 1 year of experience.

A consistent and verifiable sales record is highly desirable

• Communication Skills : Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential. The ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders is vital for success in this role
• Customer Service : A client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Must be responsive, proactive, and dedicated to meeting and exceeding client expectations
• Networking Skills : Strong networking abilities and the capability to build and maintain relationships with clients, other agents, and industry professionals
• Self-motivated : Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take the initiative. Proven time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Professional Appearance and Demeanor : Presentable and professional in appearance with excellent interpersonal skills
• Continued Education : Willingness to stay informed about industry regulations, and best practices, and participate in ongoing professional development
• Market Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, property values, and industry trends. The ability to provide informed advice to clients and stay updated on market changes is crucial
• Valid Driver's License and Car : Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property visits and client meetings
• Must be able to work full-time in the industry
