Description

The Post-Acute Clinical Program Advisor (PA CPA) for Covenant Health Partners (CHP) facilitates positive, cooperative business interaction with key stakeholders and affiliates in the target markets.

This is accomplished by relationship development, coordination of programs and services, and prompt response to stakeholder requests.

The PA CPA will manage the day-to-day oversight of several post-acute markets, and will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and growing post-acute care performance networks.

Required qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Upon request : Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving.

Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.

  • 5 years Experience as a Registered Nurse including both areas of ambulatory care and acute care nursing.
  • 3 years Supervisory / management experience in an ambulatory or acute care setting.

Preferred qualifications :

  • Master's Degree in Nursing.
  • 7 years Experience as a Registered Nurse including both areas of ambulatory care and acute care nursing
