Family Practice OR Internal Medicine Physician Chicago, IL We are looking for a motivated Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician to join our medical practice full time in Chicago, IL.

Ideally, the incoming Physician is driven and committed to providing high quality care. We will consider a MD / DO who is BCBE in either Family Practice or Internal Medicine.

We look forward to helping our patients experience improved and maintained health through personalized, effective care. Duties and Responsibilities : Provide and manage direct patient care, Including physical examinations, evaluations, assessment, diagnoses and treatment.

Order diagnostic tests, such as X-rays, electrocardiogram and laboratory test and interpret test results. Prescribe pharmaceuticals, other medication and treatment regimens as appropriate to assessed medical conditions.

Communicate with patients regarding testing results, follow-up care, and additional information Communicate patient needs, diagnosis, and course of treatment to the patient, company, as well as other clinical staff and instruct and educate patients about discharge instructions if applicable Collaborate with the physicians, PA’s, and office staff for comprehensive patient care Documentation- timely and accurate (EMR) Requirements : Ability to communicate in Spanish Experience with electronic medical record strongly preferred Graduation from an accredited MD / DO program BCBE Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician Must have and maintain a DEA license with no restrictions License to practice medicine in the IL and IL Controlled Substance License along with Federal DEA license Schedule : Full time Salary : $230k plus productivity bonus Benefits : Bonus compensation- performance based PTO / Vacation plus bereavement, CME, and personal days Health insurance Disability insurance Retirement plan We are seeking a Physician with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, someone with analytical skills necessary to maintain efficient workflow in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining excellent customer service and team interactions.
