JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage and execute the full payroll cycles for a large-scale organization with 15,000 employees, including both exempt and non-exempt categories, on a bi-weekly basis. This role involves auditing payroll data for accuracy, processing terminations, leaves of absence, and ensuring compliance with pay policies. The ideal candidate will work closely with HRIS systems, particularly Workday and ADP, to ensure seamless payroll operations and provide Tier 2 support for payroll-related inquiries and escalations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Process full payroll cycles bi-weekly for exempt and nonexempt employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Audit and adjust wage calculations, manage leave of absence pay calculations, and process final pay for terminations.
• Interface with ADP and Workday for data accuracy, and manage direct deposit and stop payment issues.
• Enforce pay policies and compliance, including overtime and holiday work calculations.
• Create and maintain SOPs for payroll processing and timekeeping, ensuring high-quality service for payroll inquiries.

Must have Skills

• Proficiency with HRIS Systems, particularly ADP and Workday.
• Strong auditing skills and attention to detail for payroll accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills for effective management and customer support interactions.

Industry Experience Required:

Experience in large-scale organization payroll management preferred.
