The AMPD team has over 100 years’ experience working with clients and calling on Costco directly. AMPD is a partner to clients and helps them craft brand strategy, develop selling stories for Costco key decision makers to influence new distribution, promotional programs and other activities that drive velocity in Costco stores (and online) to maintain everyday space as well as drive rotational programs with innovation, etc.

Position Summary
AMPD is looking for a dynamic Director of Sales to lead the charge of expanding our reach into BJ’s Wholesale Club. The Director of Sales will lead AMPD’s client business within BJ’s ecosystem, acting as a key strategic partner to both brand partners and BJ’s buyers. This leader will be responsible for developing and executing joint business plans, driving distribution and promotional excellence, and maximizing sell‑in and sell‑through performance.
This role requires a deep understanding of the club channel, BJ’s merchandising strategy, and the operational and financial nuances of managing CPG brands within a membership‑based retail environment.
