Job description5+ years in performance measurement, portfolio analytics, or investment reporting. Private credit experience required, including familiarity with credit terms, market structure, and LP / consultant reporting expectations. Understanding of GIPS and performance measurement methodologies. Experience with Statements of Investments (SOI) or track‑record preparation a plus. Advanced Excel; strong with large datasets. Exposure to SQL, Python, Snowflake, Power BI / Fabric (DAX) preferred or willingness to learn quickly. Clear communicator able to synthesize analytics effectively. High attention to detail; proactive, accountable, and able to manage competing priorities. Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CFA / CAIA a plus.
Base Pay Range
$130,000.00 / yr - $155,000.00 / yr

Overview
A leading global alternative investment manager is seeking a performance and portfolio analytics professional to support its expanding Private Credit platform. This individual will work cross‑functionally with Investment Teams, Portfolio Management, Investor Relations, Finance, and Operations to deliver high‑quality analytics, reporting, and track‑record management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance key performance and portfolio metrics across Private Credit strategies.
- Conduct portfolio‑ and strategy‑level analyses for internal use, LP requests, and prospective due diligence.
- Prepare and manage the firm’s Private Credit track‑record; ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting.
- Support recurring and ad‑hoc LP, consultant, and diligence requests.
- Uphold data integrity across internal systems, workflows, and databases; identify areas for process improvement.
