ServiceNow CSM Consultant

A company is looking for a ServiceNow CSM Senior Technical Consultant / Architect for a remote contract position in the USA or Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, support, and implement CSM solutions

Run workshops, write user stories, and create documentation

Act as the project lead overseeing technical architecture

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow

Expertise in Domain Separation and CIS - CSM

Strong knowledge of CSM and CSA, CAD

Experience in leading projects and architecture

Ability to work independently
