A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, K-12.

Key Responsibilities

Understand customer needs and priorities, driving value through solution capabilities

Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring trust and respect

Support onboarding and develop success plans, analyzing customer data to drive outcomes

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in the social impact sector, including K-12 education

Hands-on experience with relevant solutions and services

Proven ability to build and manage relationships with senior-level stakeholders

Strong understanding of cloud software and data intelligence

Ability to learn rapidly and collaborate across teams
