1st Shift Lead Machine Operator Needed in Allentown, PA!

Our office is currently partnered with a leading company in Allentown, PA in their search for a Lead Machine Operator.

Job Details :

Schedule : Monday-Thursday 4 : 15am-2 : 15pm

Pay Rate : $24-26

Job Type : Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Location : Allentown, PA

Responsibilities :

• Lead and coordinate the first-shift Vboard crew.

Ensure production goals are met with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Operate and maintain Vboard machinery.

Communicate effectively with plant leadership and team members.

Train and support crew members as needed.

Perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

Track and report production performance metrics.

Participate in continuous improvement efforts.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Assist with machine operation as needed for breaks or special projects.

Requirements :

High school diploma or GED required.

1–3 months of related experience or training preferred.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

Basic math and problem-solving skills.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs frequently (up to 100 lbs occasionally).

Comfortable working in a loud, warm, and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
