Position Overview :

Were looking for a dependable and organized Case Manager to join our team. In this role, youll work closely with attorneys and clients to keep cases moving forward, manage records, and help ensure every client gets the attention and support they deserve. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced legal environment and able to handle multiple cases with accuracy and care.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients throughout the lifecycle of a case
• Collect and organize case-related documents (medical records, police reports, etc.)
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups
• Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other third parties
• Prepare summaries and case updates for attorneys
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date files in both paper and digital formats
• Support attorneys in trial preparation and settlement negotiations

Qualifications :

Prior experience as a case manager, legal assistant, or paralegal preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bilingual Spanish required

Familiarity with personal injury law is helpful but not required

Physical setting : In-office

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 30a-5 : 30p

Ability to commute / relocate : San Antonio, TX 78201 : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience : Legal Industry : 1-3 years (Required)

Compensation / Wage : $22-25 per hour
