Our client, a leading financial services company, is hiring an Audio Visual Technology Support Specialist on a long-term contract basis.

Work Location : Cleveland, OH 44113 - 5 days onsite - Must be local

Pay Rate : $33-$34 / hr W2

As a member of the On-site technical support team, you play a crucial role in keeping IT operations running smoothly and ensuring customers have the support they need to effectively utilize technology in their day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Microsoft Surface Hubs – Configure Surface Hub settings (display, audio, network); reset or reconfigure the device when necessary.
• Crestron – Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues for Crestron devices (wired and wireless); troubleshoot audio (volume, speaker, microphone) and video (display, resolution) issues; ensure devices communicate on the network.
• Microsoft Teams Rooms – Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues; troubleshoot user interface issues (touch panel responsiveness, meeting controls); ensure proper display of meeting information and controls.
• Support additional technologies including Condeco, Barco Click Share, Pano, Polycom, Cisco, and AV equipment (speakers, cameras, monitors / kiosks).
