Texas Licensed Title Examiner

A company is looking for a Sr Title Examiner - US Based Remote.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct thorough searches of public records and examine property title status according to regulatory standards

Review documents affecting property title and assemble Title Commitments for Final Title Policy issuance

Mentor junior examiners on title issues and communicate with various stakeholders in the title process

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 5+ years of Texas title examination experience

Strong understanding of title examination processes and related documentation

Proficient in Title Data (TIMS) software and other title-related applications

Residential examination experience with Acreage (metes and bounds) preferred
