Compensation : $130,000 - $165,000 per year + Uncapped Bonus Potential

What You’ll Do :

As a Certified NP , you will be a key clinical provider in skilled nursing facility and outpatient clinic, diagnosing, treating, and guiding patients to better health. No two days are the same!

Your daily responsibilities include :

• Provide evidence-bases primary medical care services treating a full range of patients, from pediatric to geriatric.
• Performing general in-office procedures.
• Managing a patient panel for comprehensive primary care, including both acute and chronic care needs.
• Providing patients and families with counseling and education regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and the need for follow-up as appropriate during each visit.
• Refer patients to medical specialists or other sources of service when necessary.
• EMR proficient – AdvancedMD preferred
