10-29 hrs / week) Appointment Type Part Time Description Environmental Education is a lifelong learning process that nurtures citizens who care for, engage with, enjoy, and give back to the earth.
Environmental Education in the School District of Waukesha strives to create opportunities for : building wonder, exploring and observing nature, developing gratitude, having fun.
Environmental Education Staff members will provide programming to students in grades K-8. Staff members will be in charge of setting up, instructing, and cleaning up lessons.
Staff members must have an appreciation of and desire to preserve our local environment and instill this appreciation and desire in others.
Experience working with children as well as knowledge and experience in environmental education are highly desired. A 4-year college degree is required.
