Description :

We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Control specialist. As part of our company's commitment to delivering high-quality products and services, the Quality Control specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring that all products and services meet the required standards and specifications.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform thorough inspections to ensure they meet the quality requirements
  • Conduct quality checks to identify any potential defects or deviations from the set standards
  • Collaborate closely with operations team to provide guidance on quality control procedures and assist in resolving any quality-related issues
  • Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to enhance product quality and consistency
  • Conduct regular audits to quality control protocols and identify areas for improvement
  • Investigate and analyze customer complaints and internal non-conformance to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities, test results, and any non-conformance issues

Requirements :

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve problems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Must have clean driving record
  • Must have a clean background
  • Must be bilingual (English / Spanish) in both verbal and writing

Schedule (FT) M-F 5pm-1 : 30am
