Sai is SiPhoxs consumerfacing largelanguagemodel assistant, capable of analyzing health data, building action plans, providing insights, and consults for users. Sai is capable of ingesting blood biomarker report images and PDFs and extracting health data with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and scale new features for Sai, our B2B APIs, and the PDF / bloodtest ingestion pipeline.
• Design lowlatency retrievalaugmented generation (RAG) and agent workflows that turn raw biomarker data into personalized, guidelineaware coaching.
• Create deterministic and stochastic suite of tests and simulation environments for quality, safety, bias, and hallucination monitoring.
• Automate regression testing across model families, prompt versions, and guardrails.
• Stand up and maintain containerized microservices on AWS.
• Instrument realtime observability and cost dashboards that let us iterate daily.
• Partner with clinical team to translate clinical requirements into shippable code.
