About the Opportunity :

We’re seeking a skilled Civil Engineer or Designer with 5–10 years of experience in industrial site development to join a collaborative and dynamic team based in Greenville, SC. This is an exciting opportunity to work on medium to large-scale industrial projects and play a key role in planning, designing, and executing site development strategies.

Responsibilities Include :

Site development planning, including site master planning and site selection

Underground utility routing and space planning

Stormwater and hydrology analysis, including modeling using StormCAD and CivilStorm

Design and analysis of storm drain systems, gravity wastewater systems, and final grading plans

Conducting cut-and-fill analysis and earthwork balancing

Creating erosion & sediment control plans, SWPPPs, and supporting permitting processes

Researching and complying with local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements

Collaborating with cross-functional teams on multi-disciplinary projects

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent relevant experience

5–10 years of professional experience in industrial civil site design

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (all design modules)

Working knowledge of Navisworks and Bluebeam

Experience with stormwater modeling tools such as StormCAD and CivilStorm

Strong communication and documentation skills

Analytical and problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail

Ability to effectively collaborate across engineering and project teams
