Position Purpose And Objectives

The Contact Center Representative is responsible for providing outstanding service to all that contact Republic Bank, client, or non-client. This position will strive to provide accurate information to all inquiries while following departmental procedures and bank policies to achieve their individual performance goals. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Minimum Qualifications

• Six months call center experience preferred.
• Previous banking experience preferred.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams programs.
• Ability to navigate through multiple computer systems required.
• English / Spanish speaking and reading ability preferred.
