Job Description :

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

  • In this role you will curate and analyze data to support the client Genome Editing pipeline.
  • The role encompasses working with multi-functional teams to enable data-driven decisions to enable genome editing products.
  • You will work in a system of diverse and empowered teams to contribute to our mission of Health for All and Hunger for None.

The primary responsibilities of this role,

  • Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
  • Develop sustainable, consumable, accurate, and impactful reporting on analysis inputs, analysis outputs, biological interpretation, business impact, and key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with teams across Breeding and Biotech to drive business optimization based on data insights
  • Provide technical contributions in a fast-paced team environment to accelerate our efforts on building a data-driven crop genome editing pipeline
  • Participate in the application and optimization of data tools to improve analysis and efficiency and visualization
  • Implement and help to standardize data analysis methodologies

    • Who you are :

    Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, computational biology, or statistics with relevant experience.
  • Proficient in R, Python and SQL.
  • Experience with AWS and Google cloud services.
  • Experience in development of data visualizations tools (RShiny, Streamlit, etc.)
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to work with other to enable business insights from data.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Communication skills with fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Clear logical thinking, strong sense of responsibility, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in generating, manipulating, and interpreting large datasets.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working with biological science data sets.
  • B.S. with minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or M.S. degree.
